<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Did Maine DOE order ACCESS materials again this year? When will we receive them?<u></u><u></u></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Yes, Maine DOE utilized Synergy enrollment data following the fall enrollment deadline to create the initial materials order for ACCESS, as it has the last three years. Initials materials will be received by SAU central offices by 12/14/23.<u></u><u></u></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>What should I do if I have a new multilingual learner that did not make it into WIDA AMS yet?<u></u><u></u></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Once the test window opens, Maine DOE runs a daily change file from Synergy & NEO to WIDA AMS to capture new and changed enrollments.
