<p class="MsoNormal">As we get closer to the administration window for ACCESS 2024, I wanted to share some of the recent FAQs (and responses) received by the assessment team.

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Did Maine DOE order ACCESS materials again this year? When will we receive them?<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Yes, Maine DOE utilized Synergy enrollment data following the fall enrollment deadline to create the initial materials order for ACCESS, as it has the last three years. Initials materials will be received by SAU central offices by 12/14/23.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>What should I do if I have a new multilingual learner that did not make it into WIDA AMS yet?<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Once the test window opens, Maine DOE runs a daily change file from Synergy & NEO to WIDA AMS to capture new and changed enrollments.
<b>*Please note, the change file does not have the ability to remove students who have unenrolled.</b> To remove a student who is no longer enrolled, please reach out to

<p class="MsoNormal">The additional materials ordering window opens on 12/14/23, and SAUs can complete their orders in WIDA AMS. For more detailed information about ordering materials, please see the WIDA Knowledge Article by following these steps:
