ACCESS & Alternate ACCESS Window Extended
January 8th - March 8th, 2024

Based on feedback from several Maine SAUs, the Maine DOE Assessment Team has worked with DRC to extend the ACCESS & Alternate ACCESS administration window for Winter 2024.  The window now closes on March 8th, 2024. Here are a couple of important updates and reminders related to this extension:


  *   In order to maintain the original reporting schedule, SAUs will still need to return ship all secure test materials to DRC no later than March 12th, 2024.   *   The extension of the window will not have impact or delay to file delivery and the availability of reports.  Maine SAUs can still expect ACCESS data files and reports in WIDA AMS on 4/30/2024; printed reports will still be received by Maine SAUs on 5/16/2024. It's our hope that the extension affords Maine SAUs some additional relief and support during a challenging assessment administration window.
