Accessing English Language Proficiency Assessment Data-ACCESS 2024

Hello Maine Educators,

As previously shared, Maine's ACCESS data files will become available for download via WIDA AMS on April 30th.  You can expect printed reports to arrive in district offices no later than May 16th. WIDA AMS users with district level permissions can download for the SAU, and users with school level permissions can access data for schools and students. Login is required.

As a reminder, due to standard setting taking place in July 2024, Alternate ACCESS reports will not be available to us until early fall.

As a reminder, DRC's Reporting Services application in WIDA AMS<https://app.explore.wisc.edu/e/er?s=1427524768&lid=18786&elqTrackId=4F792CD56DCCE131315FFD212E18AA2F&elq=dd6bf57a281e4dd8a9d25b3d3e956091&elqaid=49340&elqat=1> is the new home for ACCESS for ELLs and WIDA Screener Online score reports. It's been a while since we last told you about this change, so here are the highlights:
*        Reports from 2023-2024 are now located under My Applications > Reporting Services.
*        Looking for translated copies of the Individual Student Report? Navigate to Batch Download > ACCESS Translated. Use the filters to narrow down your results as needed, and select a language. From the results list, select your student(s) and download the report(s).
*        Roster Reports, Frequency Reports and the District Student Response File can be found under Published Reports. Make sure the district or school is selected as appropriate from the drop-down menus and download the reports you're looking for.
*        WIDA Alternate ACCESS score reports will be available in WIDA AMS on your state's reporting date this fall. Visit your member/state page on the WIDA website for more information.
*        If you're looking for reports from 2021-2022 or 2022-2023, return to the WIDA AMS home page and navigate to My Applications > Report Delivery.
