[Doedata] Public Pre-K Annual Report

Hello,

All public SAUs are asked to complete this survey annually to update our Pre-K data that is not gathered through any other DOE source. This survey is typically completed by a teacher or administrator. Each SAU should submit only one (1) survey to represent the SAU as a whole. Even SAUs that do not operate a Pre-K program can select that there is no Pre-K program and complete the survey after the second question. Those who did operate Pre-K programs have a few more questions to submit.
