[Cacfp] **Important CACFP CNPweb User Check**

Happy New Year!!

It's that time of year when each sponsor should check which users have access to their online agreement.

Step 1: Log in to CNPweb https://me.cnpus.com/cnp/Login

Step 2: Click on Program Year "2026"

Step 3: On the "Sponsor Summary" screen, navigate to the "Users" tab.

- Are the individuals listed still employed at your organization?
- When was the last time a user logged into CNPweb?
- Should they still have access to the CACFP Agreement?

Step 5: If any changes to user access are needed, go to the "Help" section at the top of the screen and click "Help Documents."

Step 6: Complete the "CACFP CNP Web User Access Form" to request changes to user access. Please note that this form must be completed by the "Authorized Representative" listed in the Sponsor Application.

Step 7: Email a completed form for each user change to child.nutrition at maine.gov<mailto:child.nutrition at maine.gov>
