[Cacfp] CNPweb is Down

There is currently an issue with Cloudflare, an authentication site, which is breaking the connection between local systems and CNPweb. This is beyond our control as it appears to be a nationwide issue. Therefore, we are not sure when we will have access to CNPweb. Please check in with your IT Department for updates on this situation.
