[Cacfp] CACFP Funding: Exciting News to share…

On Friday 5/2, Maine’s Attorney General’s Office was able to settle the lawsuit with an agreement that the USDA will not freeze or otherwise interrupt Maine’s Child Nutrition funding without following the process set out in federal regulations.

This pertains to all child nutrition programs and funding, state admin funds as well as CACFP cash in lieu and admin funds.

We thank everyone for their patience and understanding through this process.
