[Cacfp] Updated Income Eligibility Forms (IEFs), Income Guidelines and WIC Information

Good Morning,

Updated CACFP Income Eligibility Forms (IEFs), Income Guidelines and WIC Information are now posted on our website for use starting July 1, 2025.  Release of these updated IEFs does not mean that you must re-do your current IEFs on July 1; don't ask participants to complete the new IEF unless their current forms are due to expire. Please do not use the income guidelines to determine rates of reimbursement prior to July 1, 2025.  The updated WIC informational poster must be posted on July 1, 2025.

Updated CACFP Income Eligibility Forms (IEFs), Income Guidelines and WIC Information can be found on the Forms Page<https://www.maine.gov/doe/schools/nutrition/cacfp/forms> of our Maine CACFP website.

The rates of reimbursement for July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, have not been released. We usually receive the new rates by mid to late August; sometimes we receive them in July, and occasionally we receive them in September. We will notify programs about the new rates as soon as they are released.
