[Cacfp] CACFP Fourth Quarter Reminder!!

As we near the fourth quarter of the 2025 agreement year,

Daycare Home Sponsors, please take a look at your CACFP administrative income and expenses to ensure you don't have excess unexpended funds. Please plan to spend excess funds before September 30, 2025, to avoid having a carryover of 2025 funds and/or having to return excess funds to USDA. Any prior year CACFP Surplus will be reported as part of the annual budget.

Center Sponsors, please take a look at your CACFP income and expenses to ensure you don't have excess unexpended funds. A non-profit service balance is considered "excessive" when more than three months' average expenses are retained. Please plan to spend excess funds before September 30, 2025, to avoid having a surplus of 2025 funds. Any prior year CACFP Surplus will be reported as part of the annual budget.
