[Cacfp] Temporary Delay in CACFP Payments

Good Morning,

We were just made aware of a temporary delay in CACFP payments due to a glitch in the CNP Web system.  This has affected payments made on or after 10/1/2023.  We are working with the developers to resolve the issue as soon as possible and hope to start reissuing payments as early as tomorrow.  Thank you for your patience.
